Managing Director of Vantage Group since in the mid 1990s, Justin has built an impressive investment portfolio. With responsibility for identifying the strategic asset purchases within the company, he has invaluable knowledge of the ever-changing property market. Justin has a particular skill in being to able to find and evaluate unique investment opportunities quickly, then apply exceptional creativity to add value.

His broader experience on a number of high calibre property boards has ensured he is well versed in setting strategic investment objectives and providing investment advice over a wide variety of investment classes.

Andrew is responsible for building a portfolio of direct real estate investments, joint venture partnerships and equity underwrites.

After completing a double degree in law and commerce at the University of Canterbury, Andrew has worked in the property industry for over 15 years. His previous roles have been fund manager for GPT Group in London and as international director of capital markets for Colliers International in both Sydney and Auckland where he was involved in over $2 billion of transactions.

David is responsible for the governance of the group’s financial reporting framework, processes and controls. David brings broad financial and commercial accounting experience gained from various managerial roles in property, finance, telecommunications, dairy, retail and FMCG industries in Auckland and London. David holds a double degree in Business Studies and Science and is also a Certified Internal Auditor.

Callum studied business and design at AUT and subsequently spent many years as a Project Manager at a leading New Zealand construction company, tasked with the delivery of the companies most technical developments across the country. Callum will lead the delivery and planning of all Wyborn Capital refurbishment and development projects.

Starting her career in the property industry, Jane was previously in the communications industry, supporting a former statesman. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce, specialising in marketing.
