The Strand has been given new life through an extensive refurbishment.
To make way for one of Italy’s leading design houses, Molteni&C, 99 The Strand has been given new life through an extensive refurbishment and seismic programme, strengthening the 1913 heritage building from 28% NBS to the new code. We stripped the interior back to its original heritage fabric and introduced large new window openings, bringing in more light and creating a stronger connection with The Strand
Tying 99 The Strand together with adjacent long standing tenants Sleep Gallery and Dawsons and Co, new entry ways were constructed, alongside installation of new canopies, improvements to the facade, and way finding signage to enhance the customer experience. The juxtaposition between heritage building and modern design interior has created a retail environment unlike any other.
