Set at the intersection of Auckland’s legal, financial, and university precincts, 2 Princes Street offered a strong location but was in need of significant modernisation. We acquired the property in 2019 and undertook a full internal and external upgrade across five levels and 2,804m² of commercial floor space.
The design included exposed services, polished concrete finishes, and contemporary lighting to bring the property into alignment with modern tenant expectations. Recognising the shift toward flexible working, we also developed a suite of high-functioning shared spaces - premium kitchens, breakout areas, boardrooms and plug-and-play meeting rooms with the latest technology. The result is a high-utility, intuitive office environment designed for businesses that want flexibility without compromise.
