Pilkington Park, Panmure
From legacy logistics to modern industrial precinct.
Acquired in 2020, 167 Pilkington Road was once the long-time home of Pernod Ricard’s bottling and warehousing operations in New Zealand. With over 7.2 hectares of land and approximately 38,000m² of existing buildings, the site offered significant scale and the kind of raw potential we look for.
We saw the opportunity to take something built for the past and rework it for the future - turning a single-user logistics site into a high-performing, multi-tenanted industrial hub. Over a 12-month construction programme, including extensive demolition and redevelopment, we brought Pilkington Park to life. The result is a future-focused industrial estate with flexible spaces ranging from 2,000m² to 6,347m². The park offers full drive-around functionality, 24-hour security, multiple container zones, and an on-site childcare facility - now 100% leased and performing at a high standard.
