Wyborn Capital Offices

A Workplace Built to Last

At a time when many office fit-outs are designed for short-term use, our vision for the Wyborn Capital headquarters was the opposite; a long-lasting, refined workspace that would support the business for decades to come. We set out to create a calm, thoughtful environment with the flexibility to adapt over time, without compromising on quality or character.

Designed to house two connected businesses, the floor plan balances privacy with shared amenity. Key spaces can be opened up or closed off as needed, including a fully reconfigurable boardroom and a concealed kitchen and bar area at the heart of the office. Anchoring it all is a striking travertine bench with brass inlay, used daily for informal meetings, shared meals, and hosting. Natural materials and considered detailing bring warmth and texture, while elements like a fine metal mesh curtain offer both sculptural interest and subtle separation. The result is a space that feels quiet, confident, and enduring - built for the way we work now, and well into the future.
