Transforming warehouse bones into retail character.

Located in a prime mixed-use area, this warehouse site sat alongside the landmark Matisse Furniture store but lacked the visibility, layout and customer experience that retail tenants demand. We undertook a complete reimagining of the 1,300m² warehouse, adding a 345m² tilt-slab structure to expand the tenancy offering and maximise flexibility.

The transformation introduced full-height glazing, a piazza-style rear courtyard, and a redesigned entry sequence that brings in natural light and elevates the overall retail experience. With a total of 30 dedicated carparks and excellent access to public transport and motorways, the site now accommodates high-quality showroom and homeware tenancies - positioning it as a vibrant, high-traffic destination.
