Working alongside award-winning architects RTA Studio, we redeveloped the site into seven distinct units ranging from 76m² to 150m², each designed to offer premium functionality within a cohesive, design-led environment.
The 1,556m² project was conceived to meet the needs of modern tenants, with high-spec finishes, efficient layouts, and no fit-out required. The generic Day One design eliminated make-good obligations, appealing to businesses seeking flexibility without compromise. The development strikes a rare balance: standalone identity for each unit, with the efficiency and community feel of a shared precinct.
