Mackelvie Street

Character detail with structural integrity.

Purchased in 2007, this three-unit office building presented great character potential but required a full seismic upgrade and modernisation programme. Working closely with Fearon Hay Architects and our structural engineering partners, we reimagined the building for long-term performance.

Each of the self-contained spaces - spread across two levels of approx. 350m², now features open truss ceilings, polished concrete walls and floors, and abundant natural light. This project blends design finesse with foundational strength - a reflection of our ability to balance aesthetic clarity with technical rigour.
