Nelson Street
From derelict to distinctive.
9 Nelson Street was acquired in 2008 after sitting derelict for more than six years. We recognised an opportunity to breathe life back into a forgotten character asset - one with true structural beauty waiting to be revealed.
The building underwent a thoughtful and thorough restoration, with sandblasted exposed timber trusses, in-situ concrete walls, steel-framed glazing, and high-quality fittings throughout. With on-site car parking and a premium location at the base of Nelson Street, just minutes from the Viaduct, this project represents one of our most celebrated character office transformations.
