Design-led transformation with dual-tenancy functionality.
Located at the corner of Taylors and Gordon Roads, this site once housed a traditional manufacturing facility. We saw potential to lift its profile and performance by repositioning it as a modern dual-tenancy showroom and warehouse. Over six months, we executed an extensive programme of upgrades and fully tenanted the premises.
This included re-roofing all structures, extending the office footprint, landscaping the site, and installing new HVAC, bathrooms, security systems and LED lighting throughout. Now home to premium lighting brands ECC and Novii, the building spans 977m² of showroom, office, and warehouse space - delivering both presentation and practicality in one of Auckland’s fastest-growing commercial precincts.
